Rose Floral's Delivery Policy:

Cut-off for same day delivery is 2:00pm CST.  We never leave floral deliveries unattended.  If we attempt delivery and the recipient is unavailable, we will make every attempt to schedule another time to re-deliver the item at no additional cost. 

 

Rose Floral's Substitution Policy:

Flowers are subject to seasonal availability and weather-related quality issues.  We reserve the right to make minor substitutions to the flower content of the arrangements featured in our catalog.  The substitutions will still maintain the look, feel and value of the item as pictured.  We will notify you if any major substitution needs to be made.
